Well, from your picks I would have to go with Gourry. It's a close call between Vash and Gourry for me, but Vash has many more serious moments than Gourry and Gourry is such a sweet airhead.

the chubby guy with glasses and the guy who's always eating rice (don't remember their names) from Green Green
Sunabouzu can be a pretty funny guy sometimes
Mepple from Pretty Cure when he talks crap to Nagisa
Miharu-chan and Tomoka from Girls Bravo

definitly vash (trigun), and shippo(yasha), and miroku (yasha), and hideki from chobits

I'd have to say that the funniest anime character I've seen is NieA from NieA - under - SeveN.

Miroku, Vash, entire FLCL cast, and Azumanga DAioh cast.
