    Are you looking for a WYSIWYG editor (something that allows you to create webpages in a program) or are you looking for hosting. The previous posts really give you excellent advice for hosting. As for web editor programs....


    NVU: NVU is a opensource free web editor that is really great to use. It's based off of Netscape Composer (netscape's web editor) It's free to download and is avalible on all major platforms. IIt's the best out of the bunch and is what I would suggest.

    If Nvu doesn't work for you (and it should) then you should be able to find one there that will fit your needs.
