Thread: Pledge to Fight On

Each day I sit here wasteing my humanity away.
How could I have put myself in this position and almost wish I'd stay.
I refuse to let such chains of self doubt continue to hold me down.
So through my personal pain I will erase this frown.

There is no other out there who can be me.
So with my own power I shall set me free.
Chains or no chains I will reset my fate.
For I will not dwindle here and let this go on too late.

So now my friends I stand before you stronger then before.
And never again lose the essence of this self control.
Tomorrow will bring me more to hope for and endure.
I have broken the chains of fate and will continue to strengthen my soul.

So now my friends I give you my pledge.
To never give up and take that last breath as I look over the ledge.
There is no fall that will conquer me.
I will now and forever fight on with this pledge to move on and stay free!
