    Re: portforwarding...

this seems to be a good tool....haven't tried it tho. I can't find the one that I used to use :S
    Click

But other than that, if you can connect then it's a good sign that your forwarding worked sometimes give the router some time to enforce the settings.

Make sure you're forwarding to the ports that the game needs to communicate. For example, if it uses 8999, make sure your port forwarding includes that number. If you've already gotten that worked out, but you're not connecting to anyone, maybe network problems?

or perhaps your ISP blocked that port

    Re: portforwarding...

    w00t awesome angelan
ill try that out after i sleep... =/

    thats the thing, sukotsu9
i have the fricken port "open", but the game doesnt work so i can only assume that the port is still closed...

maybe its the game thats the problem...

if the site that Angelan gave me is telling the truth...

Error: I could not see your service on 24.141.91.230 on port (7700)
    Reason: Connection timed out

that might be a reason why the game isnt working.... >_>

*crumbles under mass amounts of frustration*

time to go get an energy drink and fiddle with my router AGAIN...
