Thread: Princess Mononoke

i loved princess mononoke but the ending was somewhat sad but i heard they made a sequel

I also would love to reiterate (as he's earned it) that Hayao Miyazaki, Joe Hisaishi, Isao Takahata, and the whole ghibli team are *amazing*!!! If you want to see more information abotu the rest of his stuff, you can go to nausicaa.net, unfortunately the ghibli website is all in japanese so i cant read it but that site has all the information you could want!

But back to what you asked. It simply is an experience in itself. I feel bad you never got to see the ending. Something to put on your lists of things to do, ne? .^_^. I can hardly put the story into words *laughs* but I have to say that Spirited Away was better.

I think I had more of an emotional connection with Spirited Away. I cried mroe at the end *sniffles* ... But yes... Miyazaki has done nothing but incredible when it comes to anime films!

Indeed. I loved that movie, and just about every single one Hayao Miyazaki directs.
