Forums are up and running. Atleast from my screen, everything looks good.

~Yea, I have the same problem. It's either dial-up or satelite, which can suck just as bad and its own problems. I can't wait to move to Winter Park Florida, no more dial-up ever!!! I can't even download anything bigger than 25mb!
