what element were you concentration on at the time?

Who me? Not really doin it

no not you (dont mean to sound rude) i was meaning TC1. my guess was it was wind or something like that right? if so do you think that maybe different elements give different results?

Its not really a ball of energy, the meditating gets your mind in a state of relaxation and your able to mildly control your sense's. An thus you tell certain nerves that they are experiencing something there not, Some groups even conveince there selfs they can fly those people focus on there legs and are able to jump really high in some rare cases "I read about this somewhere but lost the link". It's interresting to say none the least.

cool. well if ever you do so again, you might want to try to think of a certain element that will suit your purpose. if you want to blast your cousin away, try using wind or something in tune with the wind element (like the Moon. i think it is in tune partialy with wind) im trying to use the Sun for the fire element.

you know surpringly enough, that same night the both of us were there constantly focusing on the full moon in the sky (too much DBZ need i say more .....=_=). but i wouldn't really see the connection between the moon and wind.
