Huh, well there's nothing wrong with being a nudist as long as you do it in the proper place...In a city in public filled with people,huh, not the proper place. It should be something you practice with people who share your views because to some people, it can be offensive and I think it should be....it sort of is to me anyway.

you don't want to see the person naked, so he shouldn't be allowed to be naked? hmmm... what if you don't want to hear my opinion on the matter? what if i'm going to plant seeds of doubt and you don't want to listen to me? i suppose i ought to just be happy expressing my opinions to myself at home or in an asylum?

i'm not picking on you or saying he should be able to do that, i'm just making a point. because if we locked up anybody who "we didn't want to see or hear" then we ought to prepare ourselves for another Dark Ages as societal progress grinds to a halt.

well i'll be the first to admit that we ought to be considerate of others, but this needs to be something we learn while growing up- in the family, in schools, and from our role models.

as soon as you make a law for 'codes of conduct' and things like that, you start taking rights away from people.

allow me to just make one quick example. As you may already know, a lot of people don't think old geezers should be able to keep their license without taking a new drivers test every year. Are all of these old people bad drivers? no, but there are definately a few.

the decent thing for an old person to do is to look at their driving abilities and say either "i'm still fit to drive" or "i ought to just ask my daughter to take me to the store today." And a lot of old people do this. but again, some of them don't.

But as soon as you make it a law that you have to get a drivers license test every year after you turn 70, wow what a massive inconvenience. People who can't afford to pay the MVD every year will lose their license. People will dread the day they turn 70. And the MVD office will collapse in upon itself to form a singularity because it's already a fire hazard to have so many people in there.

what's my point? basically, we need less laws and more education.

If he was running around in an area that was not a nudist area then yes I think that he should be. I mean... If you want to do that in your own little nudist village then so be it. I am all for that. I am in the porn industry so I am used to stuff like that but I have little brothers that I dont think should see anything like that.

We all have the "right" to do whatever we want, but consequences will proceed. I dont think if somebody practices there right to be naked in public that there wont be any consequences. Sure we have the right to puke on sombodys blouse or to throw our hambuger at the cashiers face cause we didn't like it, but consequences will follow because those are indecent things to do.

As for our given rights the Bill of Rights covors our right of free speech and of the press, doesn't covor our right to flaunt or stuff in public however.

As much as i agree with us doing what we want to do, there does come a point when we cross the line. Being Nude in a public area is wrong because there are young people about and most people are not comfortable with them selves so to see a naked person running about the streets will really scare them.

I think he was right to be arrested because was impropper to do it in day light. It's like when a drunk person is dared to do something but it's night so hardly anyone will see.

However, saying that, people are free to do most things like nudest camps and beaches which shows that are a group of people who are naked too so you are not alone and the law abides to it.

I know i don't make much sense but i get what i mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Juice does make a good point. Basically, we can do anything in america but the conseqences will follow. Some unwritten rules must be established or people take advantage of it.

well i think that there are situations in which this is fine and areas where it is not fine. i have no objection with show of the torsoe but as soon as people are airing out there intimate areas it's taking it too far unless it is for a pre-planned celebration.
