I saw it on "Braniac", best science show ever, That it doesn't matter if you place letters differently, this only works if the first and last letters are in the right place. Why? The human mind only reads the first and last letters.

No chibi, hi how are you would stay the same because the first and last letters have to stay in the same place.

Actually that works only to a certain extent ... the brain tries to fill in by context with the jumbled (but correct letters) ... as I read your jumbled message ... I stopped at the scrambled words momentarily and "unscrambled" them as one would an anagram ... this occured in a linear fashion and it slowed the process down a bit.
