Reccomendations [ please help ]

Firstly, id just like to say hi as im new here & this is my first post :thumb:

I hope im not spamming with this thread, but i couldnt find any others that could help me as much as i may have wanted them to.

I was just wondering if anyone one could reccomend me any good anime movies or series that i may be intrested in. The style/genre i am intrested in, is those with some violence but with a good storyline. My favourite animes at the moment are Naruto, Rurouni kenshin OVA aka Samurai x, Elfen lied & Ghost in the shell. I prefer animes that a slightly more "real-life" and arent really heavely based on sci-fi [ with aliens & tenticles etc ]

i suggest you GSD, Ai Yori Aoshi, Bleach, South Park, S-Cry-ed, FLCL, etc.

Great Teacher Onizuka would be leet for you.

Just to add onto what's already been mentioned...

Samurai Champloo, Samurai 7, Speed Grapher, Trinity Blood, My-Hime, Tenjou Tenge, Mezzo DSA, Full Metal Alchemist, Gantz, Gunslinger Girl.

You said you liked ghost in the shell so then i recommend you watch Ghost in the Shell : the stand alone complexe, Ghost in the Shell 2 Innocence.
The you should watch Tenjou Tenge, Shadow Skill, Ninja scroll, Samurai X and maybe you'll like Appleseed its also a masamune shirow.

Hope that helps but you must see all the ghost in the shell anime's and Tenjou Tenge is a must.Jan

well there is a version of Ai Yori Aoshi that have lot of violence!!!
