nah, that one boss zombie in that underground den/tomb. You know that one that comes out of the coffin, the room has some really creepy lighting. That one was the coolest

Good for a scare yes, but Speyer chases you and you can't do anything to him, that makes it such a rush.
I liked the Code Veronica zombie that comes out of the iron maiden too, although it's predictable as hell...
