Thread: should i cosplay for Prom?

I've got the perfect solution to the issue. *chuckles* At least for YOUR outfit. The red dress Aeris wears in FF7. Cosplay while at the same time, formal and gorgous. For example, the following picture located here. --> Aeris FF7 Red Dress

Obviously, I'm referring to the cosplayer on the right. That should be prom worthy.

I say its your prom, you only get one or two of them and you should go to them however you want to. Whats most important is to just have fun. I say go for it if that is what you want. I mean I honestly think what you're describing would be memorable. Something you can tell your kids or whoever years down the road.

I really hope you listen to your mom and go formal and nicely dress after all it's a senior prom you want to look your best.

senior prom is only what you make of it. I'd suggest that you should only cosplay if you're going to go "all out" on your costume. You might also try to pick costumes that are more elegant than most. Like this one for instance:

But is your date still going to dress up?

You shouldn't ask us, its your prom. Ultimately, be yourself and make a choice, just be prepared for some looks and stares.
