No.
Iraq is in a bad state as it is. Withdrawing coalition force's (Yes, its not just America fighting there ya know) would only make matters worse.
The problems will be solved over time but it will take time. The main problem is the obvious lack of a get-out plan.
If we're honest there was a lack of thinking in the whole operation really.

Sometimes you can have to many people 'helping' in a situation.
Besides, recalling the troops for hurricane efforts would be pointless. By the time we were able to deploy them hurricane season would be over.
Soldiers should come home - A good friend of mine has been in Iraq for a LONG time... And he wants to be home. He deserves it.![]()
Here's what Bill O'Reilley from Fox News has to say on the subject (if you don't like Fox just live with it).
For his full article, check it out here.A cut-and-run retreat in Iraq would lead to a tremendous resurgence in worldwide terrorism. For example, the jihadists currently in Iraq would transit through Iran into Afghanistan and begin an insurgency there almost immediately. Iran itself would accelerate her nuclear activities, believing the USA weakened. And the civil war that would erupt inside Iraq once America and Britain pulled out would allow Iran to send forces into that country to fight on the side of the Shiia, thereby Iran would dominate Iraq.
He put's it very plain. It's what I've been trying to say, buy hey I don't have a journalism degree so I don't put it so sweetly. These arn't all his reasons but they are the most important when it comes to terrorism.
