Yo i don't want someone to make me one but to teach me how to make them or wat u need or how.I don't want to go to a website and copy the URL and then paste.I want to find a piciture and make or change the way i want without screwing so much like last time.So anyone have a good programm that is out there or know wat i need or how to do it??

Well you can use photoshop if you have it or you can use Gimp which is free. Gimp is basically the same as photoshop ( not sure, I've never used photo..)

and for some great tutorials to follow for the Gimp:

I'm not familier with Photoshop. I know you can either buy it for heaps and I think you can download a trial version or sumthing...

GIMP is the best thing that is free. However, it does have its limits, but its great to learn off it. I've used GIMP and its somewhat simliar to Photoshop.

I don't care much about wat system or cop is from.Just as long as it is easy or free sometimes.XD.And i got paintshop and i think photoshop to not sure i check later.XD.Anyways thanks everyone now to sleep so i can try to pass that damm test which i was suppenes to of had taked last week so i could drive monday but forgot.XDI forget to many things.

Use Photoshop, its great. I'm not sure where you can download it so you need to buy it. Or gimp. Download it from here.

photoshop is so easy to use! you have to read a few tutorials on the net, and it should be no problem for you to make great sigs! ^^

unfortunately, i dunno where you can download one...

Life everyone else said. If you want a free software similiar to Photoshop, use GIMP. Or you can also try the 14 or 30 (not sure which one) day trial of Photoshop, which were you can download from the official site.

Just go to google(or anything) and enter photoshop download... And you'll get sites were u can download it... They will probably give u a free photoshop 7 download mostly...
