Signature question

Oh yeah, no complaints here at all (I think Hikari and I are talking about the same forum) But I have a question, if I want to incorporate an animation to my signature, it will have to respect the limit of course, but I'm fairly new to Adobe Image ready and I was wondering how I could make the file size smaller without losing too much quality.

Any help would be appreciated
