Signatures

There is a need to clarify what is the maximun size allowed in the signatures. Based on the rules it should be 450x110 pixels, but the signature upload page shows a 400x200 pixels... I have to say is making the work of controlling them a little bit harder than it should be...

Can we come on with a standard maximun size for both the upload page and the rules...

I may just change the rule if its easier, its not too much larger
