    Haha... Ned Flanders is hilarious. He'd be my favorite character, if it weren't for Homer. Homer is the man. He actually reminds me of my old Cisco Networking teacher I had a few years back.

    Has to be Chief Wiggums. I mean their own cop show convinced me!!! "Bad cops!"
