I think Sony appealed for a higher court and in the meantime they can just continue selling their products.
They only need to make the vibration function a little different in the PS3 controller and they're set.
I do think they will going to be forced to cough up some money for their 'crime', Microsoft had to do that too.
(With the difference that Microsoft just bought the patent.)

nothing is going to stop sony only cuz they got tons of $$$'s to back up or pay off any thing they need!!this will not effect anything I still think the PS3 will do a slam dunk!!

it might be because of this why sony made the controller for the ps3 so different, i'm just saying. pertaining to your comment swordfish, all i can say is calm down. sony is the best of the best and everyone is just trying to kill them because they know this.
TC1 microsoft doesnt need to kill sony its doing that all by itself lol joke we shall just have to see which is the best console when both are released and playable and may the best box win lol
