Dang, I've watched a fanfilm once...
Some people really spend a whole lot of time and money on these things...
A 47 minute amateur Star Wars film titled "Revelations" has been released. Production costs were around $20,000 says Entertainment Weekly, which was my original source.
The website is panicstruckpro.com and you can find the video at theforce.net if you hunt around a little. Although it may be cheesy at times, it is time well worth spending to see what can be done with the Star Wars universe...

Well i think i'll actually check it out, my faith in net films has been drastically boosted ever since that "Batman vs. Predator vs. Alien" film hit the web last year. The thing was insane and well put together. So i'll be looking into this for sure.
Didn't they even show some SW fan films at Cannes?
Insanity...
People must really love Star Wars. But couldn't they get introuble for making a movie off the Star Wars concept?
Nah, they are tolerated, and even supported by LucasArts.
Lucas is behind this one as long as they dont make any money off of it. I guess I'd be the same way too.Originally Posted by Lady Sasumi
