i'd say an american made attempt. even though the japanese contributed in the animation and theme song and stuff. pretty good in my opinion. considering i have every episode on tape.
I hate Teen Titans simply for the fact when I see my little sister thats all she talks about and makes me watch every episode that comes on t.v (and some she's taped). Besides that I don't have an opinion.

-sigh- It just had to come up again. Teen Titans in not anime. Not now. Never previously. Oh, and it will never be one. It's an English attempt to cash in on the anime style because young teens are starting to prefer anime to the normal saturday morning cartoons. I for one cannot stand watching it.
