Thread: is there meaning behind System of a Down's lyrics?

i wondered about this. now they have some songs that are just plain weird. "Bounce," Chic n Stu," and "Bubbles" are songs that i think have no real idea behind them. they're cool songs, but where's the central idea? but they also have a few songs that have a great meaning. "Boom!," "**** The System," and "Prison Song" have strong thoughts in them. i also saw on a fan page for SOAD, that they thought SOAD's songs were offensive. the only thing is, the site closed down. but what do u all think about this? and this is for ppl who actually like SOAD or know about their songs and stuff.
