Thread: Tokyo Babylon.

It's alright i've seen better. The story just wan't interresting enough for me to fully enjoy it T-T. Sorry give it a 5 outta 10.

Seriously... don't bother watching the anime at all.
The anime doesn't follow the manga storyline, it's too short and just has nothing against the manga is was based on. Read the manga instead.
Trust me. The manga is great. It's got a great story, great character development, great art and good drama. Also very angsty and dark towards the end too.
In my opinion it's Clamp best darker manga they have ever done.
It's techniqually the prequal to X too... so if you like X you'll like TB. All through, if you don't like Shounen-ai or even hints of it, you won't like either series (or most of Clamp anyway)

I love it... it's one of my all time favourites.
Don't let the bad anime version of it ruin the story for you. You won't know what you're missing out on.

Whatever turns you on, but I think Subaru's way too skinny as a child (an bit better in the adult version). I own the OAV, and I am kinda peeved it doesn't follow the manga at all because so many great stories could have been animated it's a little sad actually...But it's still pretty good in itself for those who know nothing of the manga series. I do love the art in the OAV.
