    As in a typing program do you mean one that teaches you to type?

    prety much any program can change font... but if you want to change the language, you need to play with you computer profile

    theres plenty of programs out there. infact any GUI program pretty much HAS to be able to do this. it's just that sme of them are less user friendly and others are not user modifyable.
