Thread: vergetarian

well we kill animals because we need their meat to survive, vegestables are ok i like potatoes, carrots, pickles, lettuce etc.

I myself love my meat. I dont understand why people dont like to eat meat. Some say it's wrong to the animals. But we're also animals. I believe if it was the other way, the animals we eat wouldnt give a second glance to us and chow down.

But, I do think it's wrong to torture an animal. Just give it a nice quick kill, then I can enjoy my meal.

It's said you don't need meat, and it's true that you don't, but it's trickier than that... People can train themselves to not eat meat, then thier bodies will respond occordingly. But a lot of people eat meat for no reason but because it's there, along with most foods (which is pretty sad but it's human nature) but meat can is said to give strength (is this true?! i dont know) so that would be an upside. Me personally i eat meat yes, but i am an animal lover and i think it's wrong to kill and animal, but it's to eat, and we need to eat. But then it can go that like you said we can eat other stuff than meat so we dont need to kill animals, it can go both ways infinitly. I'm stuck as undecided...

I need meat to live.... lol I dunno what I wouldnt do for a nice juicy steak! lol Im hungry......meaty time!

Any biology class will tell you we are omnivores. Our teeth are made to eat both meat and vegetables. Personally I would take that as a hint we're meant to eat, meat and vegetables. I see nothing wrong with raising an animal for slaughter. It seems far less cruel then chasing it down in the wild which is what they do to each other.

What is my opinion? My opinon is that I wish people would proofread their posts a bit before creating threads or pressing the "reply" button. That was just, painful.
