Are there any programs that will automaticaly change my wallpapper affter certin amount of time has passed?
I would reccomend this handy piece of freeware called Ccy wallpaper changer. It's simplistic and will rotate your wallpapers at any interval you set it to.

I use the Powertoy Wallpaper Changer myself. Of all the wallpaper changers I've tried, the Microsoft Powertoy is the most stable with Windows XP. It can successful change your wallpaper while your busy playing a game, and do it without crashing the system (which is what most of the other wallpaper changers will do)...
