This is a techical question, right? I'll get someone to move it to the correct forum for you. Anyway, do you want to know how to upload a signature; or a wallpaper? Your post is a bit confusing. If you want to upload a signature you have to host it somewhere, for example www.myimgs.com. You would go there, upload the signature and then link it in the signature area of your control panel using the image tags. Example: [ img ]http://urlofimagehere.jpg[ /img ] (Take out the spaces in the tags).

If you are talking about uploading a wallpaper, each wallpaper you upload requires a waiting period in which it is approved by the forum moderators. Once your wallpaper is approved it will then appear in the gallery, you should also recieve some sort of confirmation in your e-mail about it.
