Webcam troubles

Ok this is the problem: I use a webcam to take my pics for the gallery here but when I post them I only get this white square with a few words that I cant remember but I need someones help on this problem. PLEASE

well i think thats so the staff can look at them to c if there bad or not. thay will apear in like maby a day or so

I got them up so I will just wait for staff to see them

ya in a day or so the box will go away and u will c your pic
