I myself weigh 160 pounds.....I want to lose weight...if I were 140 I think that would be enough for me....some peeps just want to be a size 0.
Of course everyone wants too loss weight. But who can say how much they are losing is becoming a problem. When people that weigh like 110-140 go on diets; it kinda makes me mad knowing they are hurting their body through malnutrition. What is everyones thought on this subject is it ok for people to harm theirself this way?

I weigh about....116-118 lbs? But I'm short people. lol 5'3" So my BMI tells me I'm at a normal weight.
Even being at a "normal weight", I still am self-conscious. *shrugs* Self-esteem issues bite.

Im at about 188 lbs right now....and 6'2". I don't really need to loose much weight, actually...i could afford to gain some.
I'm 6'0" and I'm 235lbs. You can have some of mine, narrator.
Try learning your BMI, its in many health and nutritional biology books.
Body Mass Index. as well as BMR (Base matabolic rate)
Its better than nothing and medical science has used this for a long time.
