haha thats how retarded the DMV is! (no wonder it always is a long wait the people are slow..) did you hear about the dude who was in a high speed chase all while hanging out a window? Thats amazing..

Then again I haven't gone to driver's ed. yet. I've got an excuse, but this guy, that's just sad.
