Depends on what kind of depressed. If its just mood/melencholy I try to enjoy it, put on the sad music, use it for story ideas ect. If it's real depression, I either cry alot or do whatever I can to distract myself till it goes away, usually books. Plus, for me depression usually means there's something out of wack physically so I double check what I'm eating. Wish I could just use chocolate, that would be so much easier.
