What do you when people are full BS

Hey what up everyone The Truth here.... this week was soooo much full of BS. What happens when people tell you the most unbelievable stories and they kinda what you to believe them or what happens when someone you know talks to certain person that kinda stalked them and knows about it about a couple of months ago. Well that all happened to me this whole week.
Did that ever happen to any of you guys??????? Did you ever feel like you needed to tell them the TRUTH or felt like the TRUTH would really hurt them in such a way you don't want to damage the friendship???????
