Thread: What makes a good storyline?

Well I guess it depends on the idea or type of story you have in mind at first, do you know yours?

originality help's alot,and making show the storying line makes sense and is actually understandable also count's(get backer's story is an example)

well it gotta answer all the "why" questions in the story. Having background stories on the characters helps create depth towards the story.

I think what makes a good story line is good characters. I mean u gotta have a strong character to back up ur story or else its gonna be no good at all. Also having fanservice here and there helps

that 's an opinion in my book too

good characters and maybe some times some romance between some characters.

i'm a sucker for stories that revolve around close friendships. and inspiring stuff... yeah. not so much of a lovey-dovey, romance person.
