Thread: What manga should I buy next?

I know plenty for anime, but manga....hmmmm

Orange Road Kimugare was fun
Ranma 1/2 is always a good laugh
Rouruni Kenshin was great
and that's all the good manga I think I read...
oh...Gunnm is very good as well as Gunsmith Cats XD

I attatched my anime list of seen or not seen, thought the .doc couldn't fit so there isn't color to say which I've seen or not.....thought it might still be helpful XD

Personally, I'd say to try Hunter X Hunter, but I may be a bit biased cause I just read all 3 volumes out over the last 2 hours. My god I love that anime, and the manga does not disappoint.

Hunter X Hunter, watched the first 24 episodes and stoped.....I didn't get the feel from it and kinda went to another anime...can't remember which thought. I tried the manga, but was so different from the anime that I drifted away from it.

Oh, Noir is a superb anime as well in my opinion.....so anything I said is my opinion so no one take it as the truth cause everyone has varying opinions XD

The manga did skip right through the first few eps of the anime. I just really love how HxH kicked in with the last arc, and how it never seemed like one of those stereotypical DBZ Shounen anime.

Also, I've been reading XxXHolic recently, that's worth a shot too. It's a bit darker, but has a lot of humor and story to it.

I mant like what manga in that list should I buy next. -sweatdrop- Some in there I've read, and some I haven't.

I'm more of animes fans then a manga fans but I like Initial D, GTO, Kindaichi, Ranma ½ might be old but it good

Judging from the manga all ready in your list.
I sugguest Fruits Basket, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Mars, Kare Kano.... etc

It seems you like Shoujo manga, with all the Yuu Watase titles you have, so the four I've sugguested are all quite similar.
Maybe try Inuyasha even, all through if you start buying that just be prepared to part with a lot of money.
There's about 35+ volumes of it all ready.

If you like Bleach, I'd also sugguest the Fullmetal Alchemist manga it's very good, even through it differs quite alot from the anime towards the backend of the story, maybe even give Naruto a go. (but again, be prepared to part with a lot of money there too)

And of course, maybe try some Clamp manga as well.
Their newer titles like Tsubasa, XXXHolic and Chobits and the like, are alot lighter and not as dark as their earlier stuff, and also very enjoyable. The Tsubasa manga is quite good, and much better than the anime.
