Thread: what program do you make wallpapers with

I use Photoshop Maya Bryce Paint shop Pro and imageready :P

I don't use it but I hear PAINT.net is really good. Problem is it only works with windows 2000/XP. The good part is it's free.

To get it you have to download it from http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/

If you're using Linux there's always Gimp.

The GIMP is a free program available for both Windows and Linux. It's got a funky interface but it has a lot of the same features as photoshop. It's totally free and won't bug you about buying anything.

They must have upgraded, last I knew they didn't suggest it for windows at all.
