I've seen scryed, and I must say it was pretty good action. But I'm not sure why, but I dont like it, maybe it was because it was too short...maybe it was the ending, but it was action from start to finish. well these are the anime i've seen which are fairly good:
-D.N.Angel (good action, romance, and i bit of comedy)
