Well I only find in a mangatown (shop) but that was like 3 years back.I ONLY FIND GOODMANGA DOWN LOADIN!

has a really good selection of anime and manga, but its not the cheapest when it comes to DVDs.

it also has a good selection of games and anime related merchandise.

hmm...if u r needing to buy manga online check out http://www.hillcity-comics.com/ it's actually a home page for a comics shop in canada...cheap prices...oh yeah and NO TAX to anyone who lives outside of canada....but not sure about the cost for shipping and handling... and i think the cheapest cost of their manga i've seen was $8.45, but i'll have to check on that later....hope this helps.....
