I've seen the first episode. It was okay.

saw a couple episodes on Anime Network on Demand and it wasn't that bad

Wow, I could've sworn this was a Pretear thread... Well, I like the pretear anime, and I love the manga. Every girl should like at least one magical girl anime, and this one is mine :D

I thought the transformation scenes looked kinda perverted. :\
