Who is the Strongest Anime or manga character to you? Is it Goku of dbz or is it Crusher of beyblade obviously goku but who is the strongest out there?

Unit 01 from Evangelion. Let's see if Goku can penetrate an AT field. Only an AT field can penetrate an AT field, and Goku isn't an angel or an Eva so he's screwed. Along with everyone else.

And yes, Unit 01 IS a character. It has a personality and functions as a character.
