Why does everyone call themselvs an otaku everyone know im the one and only true otaky ill givemy nuts 4anime

I am not an Otaku. For some reason, I am not really into anime like some of my friends, who live for anime. It is just something that I watch to relax and have fun, but I am not an addict.

anime is good and all but i should say that for me its just something i wach and draw. i used to love love love andime but not so mouch anymore

I just said my opinion, isn't that the point of a discussion thread? Anyways! I live in the country, where anime was born, but I admit I don't have A LOT of interest in it. Life is more than just anime, you know. There is a lot more to it.

I think that I am not an anime otaku. During the summer, I have a lot of interest in reading manga and watching anime since I have time to and it is fun, but recently I have not been a total addict. However, when I first started anime, I think I was somewhat obsessed, but now it's just a nice cartoon show that is fun to watch that provides many important lessons and messages. Also the art in anime is better than any other style of animation I have seen. I even like anime art better than 3-D

Yeah, anime always teaches us something
