What is seeding?

I think it's when you allow people to download what you have downloaded. A high seed rating means peole are downloading more off you. Which is a good thing

some site looks at ur ratio for up/dl and if its lower in some range, they can block u from downloading. so seed till finish is always good for ur future dl
