i agree with zui quan,first of all it dosen't make sense,it does suck,it's crap not worh it.
every time theres a battle this flashing black screen comes on like it tells you what move there going to do next like beast attack,kick,punch ,Neon genesis is a crappy anime im sorry.

why was wrong with the "Evan" series and the movie its one the great anime of all time and you said if it worth of buying, "but dont get me wrong" it is one of the best anime there is so its worth it especially,EVAN death and rebirth, and death of EVANGELION the last "EP"
No you should get it. It is one of the most popular anime here in Australia. The only thing wrong with the series is the feeling that towards the end the show seems to lose it's way a bit. Almost as though they ran out of budget or something.

I think NGE is one off the best made ever series.. not in term off Grafik but more the way it was build up... The charactors are very deep... all have "Shitty" or should i say depresive bagground. many kids ive heard seen it say it's abit sad, and i think u can say that's true.... but i like the way u follow the charectors grow plus all the secrets there are around it all, Nerv and Rei ayanami wich is my favorit character is full off secrets. Another thing is all the sympolism...there's so many and it all shows how much work theres put into the series really a master piece.
And to all you "haters" out there.....
