Thread: wtf is wrong with people?

someone gave a picture i drew like a 3 without commenting as to why. im guessing because it isnt anime orientated

Unfortunately with the system that the gallery uses right now it is impossible to stop people from doing this. Making a post about it on the forums won't do any good either because most of the time the people doing it won't even bother to read those kinds of threads. The only thing that could possibly be done is to only let community members participate in the gallery, in which case that would leave out the non-community members who actually do give constructive feedback.

Yeah I would have to agree drop it where members can vew the gallery till they reach the 500 post limit good idea Trunks XD I will run that by the admins

yeah i dont see the piont in ppl rating if they dont tell you wat they did or didnt like even if its high--- you dont kjnow wat to do more often nor wat to work on

simple fact of life is if you put something on the internet its going to take in the bad with the good. If people can't handle that I'm afraid to say you probably shouldn't post your works. The internet is a place people throw off all moral judgement because they can. They say what they want wether they think its right or not. And thats just life on the net, you can't stop it. And you can't put something up and expect it to get nothing but rosie reviews and people patting you on the back all the time, its dillusional and in a way arrogant to even expect that to happen. So again if your slightly stirred, upset, easy to hurt, by anything big or small that someone may say negative to you about something you make/do you probably dont need to put it out there for people because its going to happen no matter how good something you do really turns out. That goes for the entire net, not just any single site. And to whine about why do people do this is rather pointless, we all know its going to happen and complaining about it wont do a thing nor even be a bump in the road towards stopping it.
