Yogi and meditation
Hello everyone,
Do you guys practice any form of yoga and meditation? If you do, when, where,and how long do you perform? As for me, I mainly practice Pranayama Yogic technique, which concentrates mainly on breathing techniques, which is extremely essential if you practice martial arts. I perform Yoga for one hour, meditate for one and half hour per day. Back in Maduari, we used to perform these in front of temple or a shrine (I really miss that place:) ). I usually perform these techniques in the morning or in the evening. Can't wait to here from you guys:thumb: .

I don't exactly meditate, but i do have a relaxing routine, I drink some warm Apple Cider....layback and listen to Delerium, Enigma, Era or Mythos. Then i usually go through a trip that's similar to being plastered off Absinthe. It chills me out, so i do this often.

A few summers back I tried to do Yoga and I've just been to busy and/or lazy to do it. I have been thinking of trying to meditate but I'm not sure I have the ability to sit still long enough to reach a sense of calm. Have you ever tried to meditate with candles or insensce? If so, do you find that works well with trying to relax yourself?

I practice Zen Buddhism meditation, which is based on the position, and also a bit of breathing. I practiced it in a dojo, but due to timetable, I had to stop, let's see if I can manage this year, along with possibly some new sports.

yes i practice yoga alot... though i dont use tapes or have a teacher... i use the online stuff. I meditiate whenever i get a chance.
