Thread: Are you in a band?

Yea same here.....we always get stoned. We already have all our members. I play the drums and Im still practicing. Our bands called Fade!

Yeah, me and a couple friends of mine are in one, called Velocity. One of 'em is into the whole "band art" thing and I'm just trying to get the songs out there. Huge setback=one of our members moved.....so now it's just kinda of going down hill....

I was......... kind of..... in highschool, over 6 years ago.
We were called Lystiastra (I think's that's the right spelling, can't remember) I do remember that we named it after a Ancient Greek comedic play about prostitutes or something.
Fitting name for an all girl band hey? ^^

Then when I left the band it was changed to Apathy's Riot.
I was originally the bass player/2nd guitarist. We never got anywhere, and in the end we were all too bitchy with eachother to get anything done, and our lead singer had a temper the size of Mt Everest. She once threw her guitar across the room, breaking it in the process, because it 'wasn't sounding right.'
Man my highschool friends were pyschos, I'm glad I've got the friends I got now.

*sigh*

yea im in one. we're called "Cold Fusion" im ont of the back up/main singers in the band. but i havnt talked to any ofthe band members so far. so i dont know what the deal is.

I actually tried to start one 2 years ago. We didn't have a name but had a gig in a club. It was our first and last. We actually opened for Sean Paul which was really cool. Our music was a mix of Hip Hop, Reggae, R&B, Reggaeton, some African music, and a bunch of other beats. We broke up because we were so different. I but we sing together sometimes on the train to make a few extra dollars. But it was fun though.

yeah weve played like six weeks ago but we still have to come up with a name tho
