Work Hard everyday, because somewhere, someone is working harder than you and when they meet you they will beat you.

Never give an engineer a problem, we will spend weeks on end without sleep to solve it.

My motto would be "Strike while the iron is still hot" I don't know why, I just like the sound of it. Though it does mean like..err taking chances maybe.

here's a similar one "strike when their back is turned" it has helped me many a time.
