Nope, it is rare to see a couple based on anime shows in these days maybe in the future that will be a fact.

IT's rare to see a actual couple totally possessed by a certain anime series XD

I once wished I had hair like Cloud Strifes, but never based a relationship after an Anime. I suppose if you looked you could find similarities though.
