I sleep sound and always wake up at the same time. 7:05.

i hardly ever get a good nights sleep im normally just in a half-sleep half-awake sortve state.
I always sleep on the ground, i don't use my bed, don't know why, it feels better.
I wake up constanly during the night, occasionaly id sleepwalk. But i could never really get a good night sleep.

I fight, walk, talk, and snore in my sleep.Then I always wake up at about 6:50 walking and talking like a zombie.

As far as I know I sleep pretty quietly and pretty hard. Usually I cant go to sleep before midnight though, no matter what. I go to sleep somewhere in the vicinity of midnight to 3am and usually sleep 6-8 hours.
only on the weekends do I actually sleep like the dead, during the week, any little light or noise wakes me up
