AO downtime

I'm glad it got fixed, I thought I was going to have to do without AO for the entire day. The site had been acting a little strange (for me anyway) around 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard, for a hour or so. This happened 3 days, everyday, before the site went down yesterday for several hours. I never said anything because I along with some others thought it was just my crappy connection.

Rofl Same! I got on at three and im like 'damn the internet proxy is blocking animeonline (school board blocks games, forumns and stuff)' so i get home and its not working. i freak out because another fav website of my aint working (and it was at skool) and i run all these spy ware and virus scans, and I FIND SOMETHING. so i scream and delete everything, and rescanned ALL MY FILES! (3+ hrs lol, shows you how much i LOVE THIS SITE :D ) amazingly, the two sites (AO and MF) had both their servers down, and my desktop (another problem leading me to scan my cpu) was selected under 'hide desktop'. LOL

Nice work DB. i bet u are fluent in javascript and hmtl. :2thumbs: nice one fixing ao. without ao, i would have TOO much time onn my hands. :lol:

just out of topic, DB, what nationality are you? just wordering, because national languages fascinates me (studying it currently at skool) :D

I'm Australian. I was speaking geek (PC) language before explaining why AO went down.

i'm having the same prob....but its at school so it might be the school comp.....but its never happen there before...and in the mornings its fine but in the afternoons its just says it won't connect and try again.....i spend most of the hour trying to get on,and i only get on for like 5 mins. and i have to go T.T

LOL, well thank god that ao is back on. thanks to DB's austro-geek language, AO can post threads another day. :D

Hmm this is fixed already right? Well.. one of our user here..a friend of mine and maybe yours... Equinn..she can't log in or use AO for like the past 3 days...She tried using other computers as well but ended up in vain...can any1 tell me why she can't do so? @.@ its weird its working fine for me... and thats all thx to DB :D

Her problem has nothing to do with the AO downtime.

Perhaps she has entered her password incorrectly more than 5 times meaning she cannot login for 15 minutes. Everyone else is logging in fine. If you still have troubles, please use the Feedback and Questions forum.
