If you are an Elite member or above, you will have noticed in the VIP Gallery a section for ecchi images. Up until now this category was incorrectly shown to those underage.

As part of our responsibility in the community, this section is ONLY viewable by mature audiences aged 18 and above. By default, ALL members have their:

=> Block Mature Content set to YES.

SO, if you are 18 or above, feel free to go to the gallery, click "Profile" then Edit Profile in the left column. At the top of this page you will then see:

=> Do you want to block mature content?

As we now have this legal requirement set in place to protect those younger members, the ecchi gallery has now been renamed (and relaxed) to "ecchi / hentai" gallery.

According to Wikipedia:

The ecchi art style is loosely comparable to pin-up girl artwork, as well as to provocative fantasy and comic book art in the United States and other countries. Typical features include:

• Clothing that outlines the shape of the breasts, nipples, and labia, suggesting tightness of clothing and arousal.
• Uniforms, costumes, or outfits that may be provocative, but are worn as everyday clothing by the character.
• The common gag that is usually pulled off in anime, the "head in breasts gag" that is commonly used when a male meets a busty female and falls into her cleavage.

• Skimpy bathing suits with crotch lines showing and sides of breasts showing.

Hentai would refer to anime porn. I don't think I need to explain it here. You can visit Wikipedia if you would like to know more.

ahahah .... nice....(the argument over hassun) I'm not really all that shocked that it went to this extent the AO admins have a job and they have to do it or else this would just be another garbage site infested with perverts and child rapists like the rest of the net.
