I don't really think that my clan were distracted from the forums. Instead we posted in the other sections while waiting for someone to reply. Although my clan was fairly new, we got to know each other really well and hopefully that won't be lost.

I think personally the clans just needed guidance to work and help out with the forum by setting tasks that involved the other sections of the forum. That would help activity and not loose the number of posts on the forum. Just my personal idea.

But whats going to happen is going to happen, It won't be a total lose if members of clans still keep in contact.

In opinion, although I am not in a clan, you close clans, you lose members.
I see it now. Sorry but i do. I actually wanted to join one when i decided i was bored enough to come back, but now they are about to close.
So....yea.
Sorry but my advice is to not close them.

although Aceman has a point, (we do need to be thankful for what we have, and i am) so does Sazzy.

perhaps in the future, clans can be reborn, and each clan would have a specific task (i.e. watch over a certain thread, the sig team would become a clan) just some ideas from the depths of my idle mind, but hey, whatever.

only 3 days left to enjoy the clans. ppl.

We've done this before, it wasn't a success.
This is the second time trying to re-open clans, and obviously it isn't working since the lot of AO wants to shut them down again.

can we perhaps extend the annihilation time? =D

Like, to a month? ONE month isn't so much, is it Dragon Ball?

I don't see much of a point in this thread anymore; the clans are closing end of story. Begging and pleading is just spam at this point, no one is offering well developed ideas on how to change this or things to do differently so much like the clans will be soon...closed.
